Shipping and return policy

 Once payment is received, item will be shipped within 3 business days Mon - Fri except on holidays. We are closed on Weekends. You will be notified by email and provided with tracking number if within the USA. We use the USPS for all small orders. For large orders and wholesale, we use Fedex or UPS. 

For international orders, delivery confirmation is not available once package leaves the USA. If you need tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation, please send an email  to be billed an extra $11.00 for registered mail.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail en route.
 
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns of unopened/unused products for a full refund within 7 days of your receiving shipment. We do not put back on shelf or reuse opened products for hygiene purposes. If you are unsure of a product, it is best to start of with the smallest size.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Please send us an email and provide a tracking number.
