East Africa Shea butter (Vitellaria Nilotica) in its raw pure unrefined form untainted & unaltered with nothing taken out or added. No additives, chemicals, parabens or fragrance.
Nilotica Shea butter is the best shea butter but also very rare. Really creamy, soft and silky/velvety. High in olein, it is great for skin needing extra TLC - sensitive skin, aging skin, bruised skin, burns, wounds, dry flaky peeling skin and baby's skin. Spreads easily, needs no rubbing compared to the West African variety. It also have comparative less natural aroma than the
West Africa counterpart and a lower melting point. Some people actually say they cannot detect any smell at all.
East Africa is extremely difficult to get, we are one of only a handful sellers in the world who are able to obtain this Shea butter. It grows in a small region compared to the We
st Africa variety and as fate may have it, this region is politically unstable making it hard to access.
Shea butter is non greasy, non comedogenic and will not clog your pores. It quickly absorbs in your skin, leaving it non greasy. The natural aroma disappears once the Shea butter is absorbed.
This Shea butter is of edible quality. Safe on babies and sensitive skin.
Shelf life: 18-24 months. Store at room temperature.
Shea butter is high in unsaponifiables, making it great for healing eczema, psoriasis, dry skin, scars, stretch marks, wrinkles, burns, rashes, wounds & more. Stigmasterol in Shea butter helps relieve muscle tension/aches, arthritis & rheumatism.
